Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final on sale items.
- All edible items are non-returnable.
- Special orders are non-refundable.
- Engraved items cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed and are non-refundable.
Items received as a Gift may be exchanged or returned for Merchandise Credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Items purchased from westontable.com or in-store may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus the true cost of shipping. The item must be in its original condition and include all of its original packaging. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
For items returned beyond the 14 day return period, a store credit for the item(s) will be issued. The store credit will amount to the cost of the item minus the true cost of shipping it to you. The store credit may be used on all merchandise in our store and online, including sale items. Please note that no store credit or refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the returns or exchange. For items purchased online, the true cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the $9 complimentary shipping discount on checkout does NOT represent the true cost of shipping items and we will refund “change of mind” purchases minus the contract shipping rates Weston Table is charged by its carrier—these are discounted volume rates determined by 3rd party shipping carriers. A copy of the true cost of shipping to a client may be requested to verify a refund minus true shipping costs by emailing email@example.com.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
If an item is returned for any reason other than defect, the full cost of shipping will be deducted prior to issuing the refund to the original payment method. We do not mark up shipping and handling costs. Those are determined by third party carriers. We pass along all shipping discounts to our customers, however, the $0 complimentary shipping for orders over $250 does not represent the true cost of shipping items to our clients.
Weston Table does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit. Please provide tracking information with your return and include the order number in the package.
